Upon arriving in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, you will board Trans West Air for La Ronge. In La Ronge, your Foster Lake Lodge representative will meet you at the airport and take you to the floatplane base for your flight to Foster Lake. The flight from La Ronge will bring you to Foster Lake Lodge in time to be greeted by your hosts and lodge owners, Trent and Noel Brunansky Please remember to limit your luggage to 40 lbs. per person.
After unloading your luggage, you will just have time to stow your gear and settle in at the Lodge before dinner. Enjoy a stunning view in perfect isolation with all the modern conveniences. The completely new and redesigned main lodge features guest bedrooms with private attached bathroom, a large, cozy living room, and a stunning new expansive deck overlooking the lake. Housekeeping service and bedding are also included. We take a very personal approach to our guests’ comfort, which is why we welcome only 10 guests per trip.
At Foster Lake Lodge, we also go to great lengths to see that our guests enjoy their meals. Whether it be an extravagant dinner prepared by Noel, or an unbelievably vast shore lunch, rest assured, you won’t leave the “dinner” table hungry.

Morning comes early at Foster Lake. It’s a perfect beginning to an exciting day! Each morning, lodgers are treated to a culinary feast that’ll satisfy the most discriminating of palates. Morning coffee is served at 6:30 A.M. and a hearty breakfast is available by 7:00.
After breakfast experienced guides are on hand to reassure you that every day is a great day for fishing. After loading up our gear and supplies … you’re off for the Foster Lake adventure.
At Foster Lake Lodge, we encourage the practice of “catch and release” so anglers for generations to come can enjoy the thrill of the sport. Your guide can advise you on the lures that can be used to tempt these beauties.
All the action can make a person hungry though, so after you’ve been out on the water, a shore-lunch is served at noon.
